1. Neolithic Anatolia. Haplogroups.
Neolithic Anatolia was a significant source of ancestry for early European farmers, and ancient DNA studies have identified several Y-chromosome haplogroups in Anatolian Neolithic populations, with G2a being notably associated with the spread of agriculture into Europe, and J2 also being prevalent in the region. Other haplogroups found include R1b, E1b, and specific subclades of J2 and G.
Key Y-chromosome haplogroups in Neolithic Anatolia:
Haplogroup G (especially G2a): This haplogroup is strongly linked to the Anatolian farmers who migrated into Europe during the Neolithic period, carrying with them agricultural practices.
Haplogroup J2: Particularly subclades like J2a-M410 and J2b-M12, are found in Neolithic Anatolia and are associated with the spread of farming in the Mediterranean and Near East.
Haplogroup R1b: While more commonly associated with later Bronze Age expansions in Europe, R1b has also been found in Neolithic Anatolian populations.
Haplogroup E1b: Subclades like E-M78 and E-M123 have been identified in the region and are also linked to ancient Near Eastern populations.
Significance and Implications:
Origin of European Farmers: Ancient DNA research has firmly established Anatolia as the origin of the Neolithic gene pool that expanded across Europe, with haplogroups like G2a serving as key markers of this migration.
Cultural and Genetic Interactions:
Within Anatolia, there were also internal migrations and interactions, such as the spread of Neolithic farmers from Central Anatolia to Western Anatolia and potential influences from the Levant.
Maternal Lineages: While the focus is often on Y-chromosome haplogroups, studies of ancient mitochondrial DNA also reveal insights into the maternal lineages of Neolithic Anatolians and their subsequent impact on populations in Europe and the

2. DNA Can't be More Than 4,500 Years Old
 Here's Why
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CGXnrpWZFFY
Extracts:

DNA is supposedly millions of years old, but can it really survive that long? The evidence suggests otherwise. From genetic entropy showing species cant survive endless mutations, to ancient DNA breaking down too quickly in the ground, to mitochondrial Eve and Y-chromosome Adam pointing to recent common ancestors multiple lines of evidence challenge evolutionary time-scales. DNA barcoding reveals another puzzle: species across the animal kingdom appear to be roughly the same age, as if some major event reset life on Earth. Dr Robert Carter explores how genetics supports a biblical timeline.

Extracts:
argues against the hundreds of thousands to millions of years. - Okay. - DNA breaks down very quickly.
It's attacked by oxygen. It's attacked by water. It can form knots and snap.
It's attacked by all sorts of things. I mean, bacteria and fungi would eat DNA.
And so when you find a bone in the dirt, well, there's bacteria and fungi living in that bone.
 - And it's been rained on. And oxygen's probably there, if not, it's still water present.
Ice crystals destroy DNA. And so we find the oldest supposed organism with DNA
that's intact is found in the polar regions, in cold areas. We don't really find much in Africa where it's hot.
- Okay. And that's 'cause cold preserves DNA- - 'Cause cold preserves it, but only to a limit. It doesn't last forever.

a million year old animal, even in permafrost. - Okay. - You definitely never find it in like a dinosaur.
- Okay. - Because they supposedly died out 65 million years ago. There's no way there's DNA there, but there's biochemical evidence of DNA,
there's microscopic evidence of DNA in dinosaurs. We don't have sequence data yet,
because the pieces, I mean that stuff, if the dinosaurs died of Noah's flood, that's 4,500 years old.
That's really, really, really old for DNA. - Yeah. It should be almost all broken down. But there's some left, in some cases,
there are, I know of at least two groups that are chasing dinosaur DNA.

...how as you go further back in time, the carbon dates start leaving the historical dates,
the carbon dates are older than historical dates. And I suspect that the closer to the flood you get,
the more they diverge from reality. - And we're talking about historical dates of things- - Artifacts. - That we,
yeah, artifact, that we can pretty reliably verify, we're in. - Yeah, the destruction layer at Jericho, or a pharaoh's sarcophagus.
... Willard Libby, who invented carbon dating, he validated his technique on Egyptian coffins.
And he said, "It's the strangest thing, the oldest coffins that I'm using diverged more from the expected date than the younger ones."
 - And there's more, I really think that the closer to the flood you get, you're gonna get at escalation of the carbon dates
because, well, there's some carbon 14 in dinosaur bones a little bit. - Yeah.

When you look at an ancient MOA bone, it has less carbon 14 than it should based on its age. - . -
... the true breakdown rate is much, much, much faster than they want to acknowledge. ...they realize in the '80s that all people in the world
can be traced back to one woman. They just called her Mitochondrial Eve, almost tongue in cheek.
Now, they don't believe she's the biblical Eve. They don't even believe she's the only woman who was alive at the time when she was alive. -
- But she was in a population, a small population, just through dumb luck. Her mitochondria actually
is the only mitochondria found today. - ...Because, you know, some woman don't have any daughters.
Mitochondria is only passed through a female on it. If the woman has only sons, her mitochondria line's extinct.

 - Same is true for men. We pass on Y chromosomes, but if a man doesn't have any sons,
his Y chromosome is extinct. - Yeah. - So given enough time, there'll be enough extinction of enough lineages
that only one will remain. - And this is the evolutionary model of where humanity came from. - The evolutionary model,

In fact, this famous thing that Lenski did with his, it's called the long-term evolution experiment.
He took E.coli and put them in a flask without sugar and grew for many, many, many, many generations.
And, well, a couple of 'em went extinct. A couple of those.... I think it was 10 or 12, went to hypermutation.
 - They picked up many, many, many, many more mutations than the others. In fact, the different flask
picked up different types of mutations because one of their DNA repair systems was deactivated or broken,
and they went haywire. Well, that can happen in humans too. There are people that we know that have defective DNA repair systems
... in the biblical timeframe. So the dating of Adam and Eve, when you apply real world mutation rates,
they're not 200, 300,000 years ago. They're 5 or 6,000 years ago, right?

Where the Bible would place them.

- What mass extinction event happened 10,000 years ago? The end of the ice age? Caused a formation of a whole bunch of species?

I mean, in the evolutionary model. - Yeah. - That shouldn't happen. What this is, is it's a signal of Noah's flood.
This is when the bird population is spreading out from the ark.

And the things that led to cardinals went one way and the things that went led to blue jays went another way
and their gene in the mitochondria started mutating,
and they're about the same age. - Yeah. - So elephants, bears,
it is all these weird organisms have nothing to do with one another and the species have about the same age because something happened in the past.
And what happened was Noah's flood. - Okay, and we call it DNA barcoding
because it provides almost like a barcode identifier for an individual species. - Yeah. It's a unique identifier.

- Yeah. DNA is one of our greatest weapons that we have. One of our greatest supports for the biblical idea.

3. Radio Carbon Darting.
historically dated artifacts (from Egypt, for example) with their radiocarbon dates has revealed that radiocarbon years and calendar years are not the same even for the last 5,000 calendar years. Since no reliable historically dated artifacts exist which are older than 5,000 years,

The problem with freshwater clams arises because these organisms derive the carbon atoms which they use to build their shells from the water in their environment. If this water is in contact with significant quantities of limestone, it will contain many carbon atoms from dissolved limestone. Since limestone contains very little, if any, radiocarbon, clam shells will contain less radiocarbon than would have been the case if they had gotten their carbon atoms from the air. This gives the clam shell an artificially old radiocarbon age.

4. Scientists Reveal Surprising Origins of Roman Genetics
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sUO5UEk3fik
Extracts from Transcript:

Neolithic individuals from central Italy are
genetically similar to anatolian farmers.
However, they also carry a small
amount of ancestry from neolithic iranian
farmers and Caucasus hunter gatherers.
Unlike their contemporaries in central
Europe and Iberia, who predominantly
have northwestern anatolian farmer ancestry.

This suggests that neolithic italian farmers had a
more diverse ancestry consisting of around 5% local
hunter gatherer and 95% neolithic farmers from central
Anatolia or northern Greece, who also had additional
CHG or neolithic iranian ancestry.

During the late Neolithic and copper Age.
There is a slight increase in western
hunter gatherer ancestry, similar to findings from
other european populations of the same periods.

5. Why The Dutch DNA makes them So Tall and Strong
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FKFw-Y61PF8
Transcript Extracts:
the first Dutch ancestors showed up around 13,000 years ago... They Carried specific
mitochondrial DNA Haplogroup U5 b1a which today is found in rough 11% of modern
Dutch populations that's right over 1 in 10 Dutch people still carry the genetic
signature of these Ancient Hunters.
They Carried...associated with light eyes...

that these Ancient Hunters predominantly
carried ...
m170 with an amazing 80 to 90% frequency
in their population. Today this haplo today this haplogroup is found in about 25% of Dutch men

specific subclades of mtdn a Haplogroup
u5 particularly u5 B1 and u5 A1 appear
at frequencies of 5 to 7% in certain
Dutch regions creating what geneticists
call genetic hotspots that directly link
back to these Ancient Hunters and here's
... within just 400 years
these Farmers had contributed up to 70%
of the genetic makeup of the local
.. and when they looked at modern Dutch
populations they found this same haa
group still appears in about 5 to 7% of
Dutch men today... within just 500 years

these Steppeherders riters had contributed an
astounding 75% of the Y chromosomal DNA
to the Dutch population ... today this
single paternal lineage is found in a
jaw-dropping 70% of modern Dutch men
We're talking about one of the most
successful genetic Replacements in
European history.
found something they call a bottleneck
effect basically the majority of modern
Dutch Y chromosome lineages can be
traced back to just a few hundred male
ancestors from this period we're talking
about a handful of successful Steppe
Warriors becoming the great great great
(at about 150) grandfathers of
most Dutch men alive today an
... three major groups the Franks
Frisians and  Saxons ....

The Dutch Bible Belt stretching from Zealand to
over isil shows distinct genetic
patterns due to historical religious
isolation. Scientists found that people from
these communities share more DNA with
each other than with their immediate
