3. Divine "Trickery" ? Setting Priorities and Knowledge of who the Ten Tribes are
Nowadays the world is in trouble. All of us are confused to some degree.Â
People are seeking answers and not finding them.
Amos 8:
11 The time is surely coming, says the Lord God,
  when I will send a famine on the land;
not a famine of bread, or a thirst for water,
  but of hearing the words of the Lord.
12 They shall wander from sea to sea,
  and from north to east;
they shall run to and fro, seeking the word of the Lord,
  but they shall not find it.
What should be done? Do what you have to do, as you can. We need to believe in God, believe in the Bible, lead good lives, help others, not gratuitously harm others, etc. The question of identifying the Ten Tribes for most of us would appear to be something that should be placed near the bottom of our list of priorities.
Nevertheless the question is there.
Proverbs 24:
6 for by wise guidance you can wage your war,
  and in abundance of counsellors there is victory.
 What does it mean by "wise guidance". The Hebrew word is "tachbulot". This is an interesting choice of words. It connotes "trickery, deceit, cleverness" etc. In other words, sometimes when something needs to be done a roundabout way to do it may be the best option.
Searching for the Ten Tribes may be a "trick" of Divine Providence.
It may bring us back to believe in God, obedience to HIM, and belief in the Bible.
