The Lost Ten Tribes lost consciousness of their ancestry. They were exiled and eventually coalesced among Western Peoples where they are now to be found. Meanwhile the Jews of Judah remained, kept the Torah and developed Judaism. Originally the descendants of Abraham had been destined to both keep the Biblical Law and civilize the rest of humanity. The world was not ready for them and they were not ready for the world. They needed to divide in two: One half would keep the Torah. The other section was to humanize the humans. This is what happened. In the End Times (that we are drawing close towards) the two halves of Israel and the two different aspects of existence will come together.

Originally our symbol was an adaptation of the Tudor Rose.

Alternately we sometimes used a Shield of David

using red and blue stripes intertwined on a white background.
The symbol represented the Kingdom of David and Judah whereas the coloring recalled the Ten Tribes.
We still use these symbols. They look good. They are both on the spine of the cover of several of our books.
The blue lion on a yellow background has also come to represent Brit-Am.
This is the official symbol of Jerusalem but it also serves us.

The Emblem of Jerusalem is the official symbol of the city of Jerusalem. The emblem's main figure is a Lion, shown rampant, which represents the "lion of Judah", the symbol of the Tribe of Judah and later the Kingdom of Judah, whose capital was Jerusalem. The emblem background represents the Walls of Jerusalem and the Western Wall, and the olive branch represents the quest for peace. The inscription above the crest is the Hebrew word for Jerusalem (Yerushalayim).
Shortly after the founding of the state of Israel, the City's mayor Gershon Agron created a design competition among graphic designers for the city's emblem. The winning design was made by a team led by Eliyahu Koren, the founding director of the Jewish National Fund's graphics department, and an influential typeface and book designer.
We give our own interpretation to this symbol.
It looks good. The colors are less commanding that the other symbols so it fits easier into the background. Jerusalem is the future capital of ALL the tribes. A lion is used as a national symbol by many of the nations descended from Israel. iI has significance for Judah. People like it.
How did we come to choose it?
We did not. "Circumstances" chose it for us.

On an impulse Yair bought a flag with the lion on it.
Later when we were preparing a Video Clip we needed to film it besides our computer. This had an old blue-grey steel covering and did not look too good. We decided to cover the computer over. The flag was available so we used it. And kept using it.
Viewers came to identify Brit-Am with it.

Jacob Kept the Law of Tithing:
Genesis (NIV) 28:
18 Early the next morning Jacob took the stone he had placed under his head and set it up as a pillar and poured oil on top of it.

20 Then Jacob made a vow, saying, "If God will be with me and will watch over me on this journey I am taking and will give me food to eat and clothes to wear
21 so that I return safely to my father's household, then the LORD will be my God
22 and this stone that I have set up as a pillar will be God's House, and of all that you give me I will give you a tenth."
The Lost Ten Tribes are now among Western Peoples. Brit-Am spreads this message and develops it through Bible Learning and Related Researches.
Descendants of the Lost Ten Tribes NEED to know who they are.

Jacob associated the giving of tithes to his return to the House of His Father (28:31).
