Esau (also known as Edom) was red-haired and he was the twin brother of Jacob. The genetic potential for having red hair was therefore also present with Jacob. King David too had red-hair.
Egyptian depictions of Hebrews and others in the area often show redheads.
Jews were associated with redheads. Judas was considered some kind of archetype of the Jews and he too was frequently portrayed as having red hair.
Red Hair was also associated with the Lost Ten Tribes and with the Tribe of Dan.

The very ancient statue excavated in Egypt at what is believed to have been Joseph's palace, is of a Hebrew male with red hair. Archaeologists at first thought it was Joseph, but now believe it would have been to honor the family patriarch Jacob instead. This makes sense as Esau had red hair and they were genetic twins; it appears they were both redheaded, only Jacob lacked all the body hair of his brother.

Great Mate I enjoyed that I've always prefered Red Heads with green eyes, some of them are so stunning they can stop you like a flashing dont walk sign. In Central Australia the First Nations People are reknown for red hair, as in Africa also you maybe surprised to learn they have discovered Egyptian Heiroglyphs on Cavernous rock walls on the East Coast hinterland in NSW. Maybe the seed of Esau holds a greater story in future. Keep your Faith Brother and God Bless you and your people.

Very interesting. My dna ie scottish and irish and I have traces of red hair. I had a sister with very light and bright red hair. I have read that the Celtic people migrated from Galicia around 200-300 bc. Was Galicia populated by Dan? Thank you for this video!

Jacob (aka Israel) Kept the Law of Tithing: Jacob linked his tithing to a Return to the House of his Father. We can do the same.
Genesis (NIV) 28:
18 Early the next morning Jacob took the stone he had placed under his head and set it up as a pillar and poured oil on top of it.
19 He called that place Bethel, though the city used to be called Luz.
