When the Kingdom of Judah was separated from the Ten Tribes only Judah, Benjamin, and Levi remained. Simeon was part of the Ten Tribes but in some ways is now partly (through the Khazars) associated with Judah. Tribal attributes of all these Tribes are briefly given an overview.

All over the world groups who identify as descendants of the Lost Ten Tribes are coming forward. They identify as "Ephraimites!" This is a sign of coming Redemption. Some of them need to draw closer to Judah and acknowledge Judah as Prophecy says they should! We all need to do the will of the Almighty.

3. Brit-Am Understandings of the Situation.
Obstacles and Aims
Acknowledging possible descent from Israel is a problem for many Gentiles.
It suggests a connection to the Jews whose implications many are uneasy with.
In addition to that some non-Jews (even among the Lost Ten Tribes) are anti-Jewish.
This is unnecessary but shows that those responsible may not want to belong to Israel.
There are those who perceive the subject as a tool to spread a different message.
On the other hand others are pleased with the possibility of Israelite origins and interested. This may be due to the Bible, personal insights, instinctive recognition, and/or family connections
At the moment we have proofs from Scripture, Rabbinics, Linguistics, History, and numerous other sources.
These proofs are not generally accepted because:
Relatively few people are aware of them.
They do not coincide with accepted academic knowledge.
The implications are too challenging.
DNA as it is understood today does not support a Hebrew Lost Tribal equation with Western Peoples.
The DNA problems may ultimately be answered with evidence that DNA can change.
This may involve a rejection of Evolution but acknowledgement of Dynamic ongoing adaptation involving the interaction of Nature as One Whole.
Meanwhile we can present the evidence we have and hone up on it.
This knowledge should be made known.
The aim is to assemble all relevant evidence and present it while when necessarily adding to it and upgrading it.
We then hope that at some stage it will eventually be in the Public Domain as a near certainty, at least in principle.
At that stage it will be possible to request that it be acted upon by all concerned.
The emphasis at first must be on the Ten Tribes.
Once this truth is accepted by them and acted upon then many from Judah will respond.
The intention is that the Ten Tribes make their nations "Great Again" within their present domiciles.
This includes not only foreign policy, etc, but also law and order, stable families, common sense, justice, going straight.
At a later stage Prophetic Revelation or changes in historical circumstances may result in a move to the area of Israel and/or its surroundings.

Is there a list of the hair color of the 13 patriarchs at birth and Dina? Skin variances or anything like that?

Joseph in a Midrash was described as looking like a 'Germani" i.e. someone from the north, very white.
The Tribes of Levi and Simeoni, according to Midrash, had many among them who were "Bohakanim" i.e. very white, almost albinoid. This was considered a punishment.
King David was re-haired, so was Esau the twin-brother of Jacob.
Jew on the whole were considered typically of Mediterranean appearance i.e. neither black not white but in between (Mishna, Negaim).
The hero in the Song of Solomon appears to be described as having black hair, a golden beard, and grey eyes.

5. How Many are needed to make an Israelite Tribe?

There is no qualifier for a Tribe other than being descended from one of the 13 tribal Ancestors.
It is not dependent on population.

Jacob (aka Israel) Kept the Law of Tithing: Jacob linked his tithing to a Return to the House of his Father. We can do the same.
Genesis (NIV) 28:
18 Early the next morning Jacob took the stone he had placed under his head and set it up as a pillar and poured oil on top of it.
19 He called that place Bethel, though the city used to be called Luz.
20 Then Jacob made a vow, saying, 'If God will be with me and will watch over me on this journey I am taking and will give me food to eat and clothes to wear
21 so that I return safely to my father's household, then the LORD will be my God
22 and this stone that I have set up as a pillar will be God's House, and of all that you give me I will give you a tenth.'
Malachi 3:
10 Bring all the tithes into the storehouse,
