The Book of Isaiah is considered the foremost work of Prophecy. All the major Principles of Biblical Prophecy are contained in this work. Isaiah describes the world we live in and condemns us for it. Joseph meaning Britain and its offshoots and in our time especially the USA is referred to as the "House of Jacob." They are condemned for not drawing closer to Judah and for not acknowledging their descent from Israel! Isaiah speaks of this and of several other matters concerning our way of life today and the fate that may await us.
