Dear Yair,
Would like to thank you sincerely for all that you are doing for us.
The Scripture in Isaiah 51:1-2, "Hearken to me you who follow
who seek rightness and justice, you who seek and inquire of the Lord
LOOK TO THE ROCK FROM WHICH YOU WERE HEWN AND TO THE HOLE IN THE QUARRY from which you were dug.
Look to Abraham your father and Sarah who bore you; for I
called him when he was but one, and blessed him and made him many."
(Abraham who G-d called "the Hebrew" in Genesis 14:13) Has truly become a
light bulb experience for me. From my encounter in Israel at the Menorah
outside the Knesset 2006 where I asked God if I was Jewish and have since
found out that many Afrikaners in SA are and that their parents hid their
identity completely, incidentally many of them originated in Poland! Would
encourage people to watch the movie "Everything is illuminated" - Elijah
Wood, a typical example of what is happening. As to the English have too
found out their connection to Israel. Truly the Jewish soul has come back
to many of us. Am still on a journey.
Find that the biggest hurdle in Christendom is the acceptance that the Torah
does not, has not and will not change. ... Am not suggesting that everyone now call themselves Jews ...
May Efrayim come home soon. Long for that day. May we all be willing and
ready to face the challenge when it arises.
