You asked about 4 separate items. Each could be in a different place.
There are other articles of significance such as the Temple utensils, musical instruments, and the menora.
Let us take the Ark of the Covenant as illustrative of them all.
Different traditions place the Ark in Ethiopia, or in Ireland, or somewhere on the outskirts of Jerusalem , or under the Temple Mount.
The idea of Ireland may not be as far fetched as it sounds.
Nevertheless, I would say that under the Temple Mount is the most logical.
Midrashim point in this direction. Also the Temple Mount is full of subterranean tunnels, and caves, etc.

3. Amnon Goldberg: Trump & the Messiah
My letter in today's Jerusalem Post:
Dear Sir
"This normal life" ("Observations", February 3) asks if Donald Trump is "on his way to becoming a messiah?".
Indeed, rabbis have pointed that the gematria of "Donald Trump" in Hebrew is 424, the same as "Moshiach ben David", have claimed that he may be a gilgul (reincarnation) of the Judophile Roman emperor Antoninus, or even of the Persian King Cyrus, whom God referred to as "His Moshiach" (Yeshaya 45:1) in permitting the rebuilding of the Temple in Jerusalem, and that Trump is a Man of Destiny who will turn out to be a real friend of Israel and the Jewish People.
It is to be hoped that the uncommon common sense that Trump is displaying will prompt Heaven to send us at long last our final Jewish king, the Moshiach, whose main trait will be seichel - uncommon intelligence: "Behold My servant will be intelligent, he will be exalted and become high and exceedingly lofty" (Yeshaya 52:13)
