Shawn Stephens I always thought Ephraim was one of the Israelite tribes along with Manasseh that inhabited Great Britain and North America. Was Ephraim not a son of Joseph and received a full inheritance as a tribe of Israel. How did the Gentiles enter the picture here?

How do you know if you're an Israelite?
Brit-Am Reply:
No-one who is not Jewish can be certain today that they are an Israelite.
There is a Divine Purpose behind this.
Nevertheless, we can say with a reasonable degree of certainty based on the Bible and other sources that the Lost Ten Tribes are now to be found within certain ethnic groups.
We do not know whether the majority within these peoples are of Israelite descent or not but we can assume so.
We also use certain characteristics to ascertain Probable Hebrew ancestry.
Some one who feels they may be of Hebrew origins should look into the matter as well as they can.
