The Dutch and the Irish don't get a long very well, and neither do the French and the English, and In the bible Jacob's first 10 sons don't get a long very well with Joseph. So why should every Israelite nation historically have been friendly to Judah? Antisemitism shouldn't play a role in determining a nation's origins. If a nation was friendly to Jews it might indicate that they descend from Judah themselves, or from a tribe that was known to be fund of Judah such as Benjamin, but if not it doesn't prove they were not Hebraic.

Location
Israelites from the Lost Ten Tribes were destined to be located at the ends of the earth (Isaiah 24:16, 26:15, 41:8-9, 43:6, 49:6) meaning the geographical extremities of the Continental masses.
Power
The Lost Ten Tribes were to become the most powerful nations on earth (Numbers 24:7-9, Micah 5:7-9) to rule the oceans (Numbers 24:7)., to control major strategic passage ways (Genesis 22:17, 24:60), to be the police-man of the globe (Jeremiah 51:20, Zechariah 10:7).
Genesis 22:
17 blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply your descendants as the stars of the heaven and as the sand which is on the seashore; and your descendants shall possess the gate of their enemies.

20 You are My battle-ax and weapons of war:
