The Bible Locates the Lost Ten Tribes amongst Western Nations. Scripture says the Ten Tribes in the End Times will be at the Ends (Geographical Extremities) of the Earth, in Islands, and coastlands. They will be primarily in regions adjoining the Atlantic Ocean. They will be to the west, north, and northwest of the Land of Israel. A portion of them will also be in the south (e.g. South Africa) and in the Land of Sinim meaning Australia and New Zealand. They will emanate from the region of Zaraphath meaning France, the Netherlands, and the British Isles. A pathway of Megalithic Monuments shall delineate the route of Migration from the Holy Land to where they shall be. Such a pathway exists and Jeremiah (31) calls upon us to pay heed to it in order to return. The Ten Tribes will be found in several oceans: We find North America between the Atlantic and Pacific , Western Europe by the Atlantic, with Australia south of the Indian and Pacific Oceans and New Zealand in the South Pacific.

2. Answer to Question Re Jews in Ethiopia
Shane Wood
I would like to know what people think about the people that call themselves the black Jews/Hebrew. in the bible it talks about Solomon and the queen of Sheba sharing wisdom but does not mention sexual relations but in Ethiopian writings it says that they had a son which became king of Ethiopia so they claim to be of Judah therefore are Jews. i think there is even dna studies that show they have Hebrew dna. they even uphold Jewish traditions. so are they Jews?

Brit-Am Reply:
In the past many inhabitants of Ethiopia believed in a form of Judaism but did not belong to the mainstream. Since then most of them have converted to Christianity. There may have been Israelites amongst them but most of them descended from other peoples who had adopted religious customs. We, in Hebrew Nations, concentrate on finding the Lost Ten Tribes and are not authorities on other matters.

3. Kevin Sheridan: Poem about Dan
Kevin Sheridan <kevin@kevinsheridan.co>
Subject: Greetings brother
Oh how doth she wander the beloved of Dan
From Red Eye to Granard and back to sextgram
and an S is her journey and forth to and fro
while Sharon does shun her from the valleys below
Hiking and sailing we mariners old
on her and in her the only men bold
She seeks on her travels the clovers and daggered
blood of the old men now so tired and ragged
The loyal, the faithful she calls to her side
a Kingdom to wrestle from those who hath lied
The Siri, the Victory, great Warriors of Dan
that fearless cub shall spring out of Bashan
The jeers of Bohemia, the number thirteen
I am who I am, all that is unseen
so you who have sought me with crowns and on thrones
know now that I hail from a place not yet known
Heark! Days have been told of when old Dan shall arise
and the frightening fire that spits from the skies
and waters and stones and light and our blood
then men shall see Dan as all men they should

The Myth of the Almighty Scientist: 'Genesis and Genes' by Yoram Bogacz
Yair Davidiy had the privilege of reading this book (I do not just get books, I sometimes even read them!) and was quite impressed. We recommend this work. We do however have one reservation, the author seems to adamantly classify Evolution as inconsistent with Jewish Torah Philosophy. Our understanding is that Rabbi Avraham Isaac Kook would have disagreed. This however is a minor point. Evolution is not scientific and has been used as tool against belief in the Bible.Personally we never believed in Evolution but do not really care about it one way or the other. Others however might. The book is worth reading not only because it helps debunk Evolution but also it shows how unreliable scientific opinion can be.
Extracts from a Review:
The Myth of the Almighty Scientist: 'Genesis and Genes' by Yoram Bogacz (REVIEW)
Author: Moshe Averick

Genesis and Genes, by Yoram Bogacz (Feldheim Publishers, 2012)
There is at least one thing that intelligent theists and atheistic/materialist scientists agree on: 'leaps of faith' are extremely dangerous. A 'leap of faith' means believing something , not because it is reasonable or backed up by compelling evidence, Â but because you would like it to be true, because it satisfies your emotional, spiritual, or philosophical agenda. Non-believers, be they scientists or philosophers, wield this principle as a blunt instrument when they attack religion and believers. Sometimes these attacks may be justified and sometimes not. What they fail to do, however, is to apply this same standard to themselves.
Yoram Bogacz, a chemical engineer and Jewish educator who resides in South Africa,... establishes realistic paradigms for the rational truth-seeker to investigate and evaluate controversial issues involving science and religion; in particular, cosmology and biological evolution.
While the author presents an excellent review of the very real problems with the current theory of Darwinian Evolution, (along with relevant traditional Jewish sources on the subject), I think the most important part of the book is contained in the first 158 pages where Mr. Bogacz lucidly illustrates the long history of blunders and unjustified assumptions that scientists have made in their attempts to understand the natural world. All human foibles including arrogance, wishful thinking, narrow-mindedness, blind obedience to 'standard teachings,' pure stubbornness, and even political affiliations have contributed to some of the serious errors that scientists have made over the centuries.
...Even today, the medical/scientific community suppresses the knowledge of serious medical risks associated with abortions - among them, significantly increased risks of breast cancer and miscarriages in future pregnancies, for purely political reasons. So much for the unquestioned objectivity and integrity of Scientists.
In Genesis and Genes, Yoram Bogacz has meticulously and painstakingly marshaled the evidence and has pleaded his case with the skill of a virtuoso barrister. This book is an invaluable contribution towards fostering a true understanding of the relationship between God, Science, Religion, and Torah; it is accessible to all and while directed primarily at the Jewish community, any rational truth-seeker will find it a fascinating and enlightening read.

6. Ascent of the Tribes to Jerusalem Read Out at Opening of the Knesset.
Opening session of the 19th Knesset
5 Feb 2013
On Tuesday, February 5, 2013, at the opening session of the 19th Knesset, the incoming 120 Knesset members declared their allegiance in the presence of President Shimon Peres.
Media personality Jacky Levy read from Psalms, 122. [Note the expression, 122: 4 Where the tribes go up, The tribes of the Lord, To the Testimony of Israel].
Psalm 122:
A Song of Ascents. Of David.
1Â I was glad when they said to me,
Let us go into the house of the Lord.
2 Our feet have been standing
Within your gates, O Jerusalem!
3 Jerusalem is built
As a city that is compact together,
4 Where the tribes go up,
The tribes of the Lord,
To the Testimony of Israel,
To give thanks to the name of the Lord.
5 For thrones are set there for judgment,
The thrones of the house of David.
6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem:
May they prosper who love you.
7 Peace be within your walls,
Prosperity within your palaces.
8 For the sake of my brethren and companions,
I will now say, Peace be within you.
9 Because of the house of the Lord our God
I will seek your good.

7. Collective Responsibility and Individual Tribal Obligations.
We mentioned, here and there, our opinion that an individual cannot unequivocally assert their descent from Israel based solely on the evidence we present.
Nevertheless, we draw conclusions with almost complete certainty concerning an undefined significant percentage of the population of certain countries. We may say that they who descend from inhabitants of these countries or now dwell in them may consider themselves to belong to Israel due to their connection to the countries in question.
Even if by some freak of statistical chance someone (from those countries) is not descended from Israel it is enough that they belong to peoples in which a substantial proportion are so descended.
The point is that descent from Israel needs to be asserted by virtue of belonging to the peoples in question, or to elements within them. It is a matter of perspective.
Apart from that, each individual and/or family has their own responsibility to deal with the matter as they can.
