1. Question on the Future Conversion of the Lost Ten Tribes.
Query:
Brit-Am has said several times that the Ten Tribes when they return will "Renew the Covenant," meaning in effect convert to the equivalent of Judaism.
How does this work?
In short:
The Lost Ten Tribes are descendants of Israelites.
Originally they received the Torah together with all the other Tribes.
They became pagans and at some stage had their obligations and liabilities as Israelites suspended.
This rendered them from a religious point of view Gentiles though physically still descendants of Israel, still destined to fulfill their role as Hebrews and reform the world.
They are no longer liable FOR THE TIME BEING ONLY.to keep all the Torah
In the future they will RENEW THE COVENANT.
This legally will have the same effect as if they converted to Judaism anew.
The Israelites under Moses when they received the Torah in the Wilderness also in effect legally converted even though physically nothing changed.
This will be similar.
It will mean being obligated to keep the Law.
This will take place either in the time of Messiah son of Joseph or after that in the time of Messiah son of David.
We do not know if the Law at that time will be the same as Judaism today or somewhat different. We can wait and see.
Mean while without formally converting to Judaism they are not obligated to keep the Law though in the future they will be.
If they want to convert at present they can do so but can only do so, for the time being, through Judah.
They can however learn the Bible and deepen their Israelite Tribal and national Consciousness.
A coming article will expand on these matters.
This is how things are.
This is how the Almighty wanted it.
The Ten Tribes created the greatest nations in history.
They transformed the world.
They helped bring the Country of Israel into being.
and they still have much ahead of them.

2. What is Brit-Am Doing at Present?
We are preparing a new slightly revised edition of "Joseph" to be titled "Joseph USA."
We are doing research in various fields including:
The British Mandate in Palestine. This involves recent history and LTTs involvement with Judah. A work may appear on this matter within a year or less.
An additional work on the connection between the English-Language and Hebrew.
Aspects of The Second World War. A good deal of material has been brought together but whether or not a book will come out of it is doubtful at the moment.
US States and Israelite Tribes.

3. Purim Coming Up.
Next week, is the feast of Purim. March 24 is the feast of Purim in Jerusalem. March 25 in most other places. There are a few places, such as Tiberias, where Purim is celebrated on both days.
The Feast of Purim is based on the Book of Esther.

1 O LORD, WHY DO YOU STAND SO FAR AWAY?
WHY DO YOU HIDE WHEN I AM IN TROUBLE?
2 THE WICKED ARROGANTLY HUNT DOWN THE POOR.
LET THEM BE CAUGHT IN THE EVIL THEY PLAN FOR OTHERS.
3 FOR THEY BRAG ABOUT THEIR EVIL DESIRES;
THEY PRAISE THE GREEDY AND CURSE THE LORD.
4 THE WICKED ARE TOO PROUD TO SEEK GOD.
THEY SEEM TO THINK THAT GOD IS DEAD.
5 YET THEY SUCCEED IN EVERYTHING THEY DO.
THEY DO NOT SEE YOUR PUNISHMENT AWAITING THEM.
THEY SNEER AT ALL THEIR ENEMIES.
6 THEY THINK, 'NOTHING BAD WILL EVER HAPPEN TO US!
WE WILL BE FREE OF TROUBLE FOREVER!'
7 THEIR MOUTHS ARE FULL OF CURSING, LIES, AND THREATS.
TROUBLE AND EVIL ARE ON THE TIPS OF THEIR TONGUES.
8 THEY LURK IN AMBUSH IN THE VILLAGES,
WAITING TO MURDER INNOCENT PEOPLE.
THEY ARE ALWAYS SEARCHING FOR HELPLESS VICTIMS.
9 LIKE LIONS CROUCHED IN HIDING,
THEY WAIT TO POUNCE ON THE HELPLESS.
LIKE HUNTERS THEY CAPTURE THE HELPLESS
AND DRAG THEM AWAY IN NETS.
10 THEIR HELPLESS VICTIMS ARE CRUSHED;
THEY FALL BENEATH THE STRENGTH OF THE WICKED.
11 THE WICKED THINK, 'GOD ISN'T WATCHING US!
HE HAS CLOSED HIS EYES AND WON'T EVEN SEE WHAT WE DO!'
12 ARISE, O LORD!
PUNISH THE WICKED, O GOD!
DO NOT IGNORE THE HELPLESS!
13 WHY DO THE WICKED GET AWAY WITH DESPISING GOD?
THEY THINK, 'GOD WILL NEVER CALL US TO ACCOUNT.'
14 BUT YOU SEE THE TROUBLE AND GRIEF THEY CAUSE.
YOU TAKE NOTE OF IT AND PUNISH THEM.
THE HELPLESS PUT THEIR TRUST IN YOU.
YOU DEFEND THE ORPHANS.
15 BREAK THE ARMS OF THESE WICKED, EVIL PEOPLE!
GO AFTER THEM UNTIL THE LAST ONE IS DESTROYED.
16 THE LORD IS KING FOREVER AND EVER!
THE GODLESS NATIONS WILL VANISH FROM THE LAND.
17 LORD, YOU KNOW THE HOPES OF THE HELPLESS.
SURELY YOU WILL HEAR THEIR CRIES AND COMFORT THEM.
18 YOU WILL BRING JUSTICE TO THE ORPHANS AND THE OPPRESSED,
SO MERE PEOPLE CAN NO LONGER TERRIFY THEM.
