In the UK there are many castles that have had their names changes and crests removed, one is Abercorram whose name is now Laugharne.
Theyre changing a lot of place names now as well

you are correct. on outer hebrides.off scotland.there is aplace called machir bay.itranslated places in wales ireland and scotland.and you see where the israelites have been.as it almost always goes to hebrew language.and danish.i get paper maps to do this.occasionally spanish.as they lived there for a season.god bless you yair.this has been buried.

On the contrary, the British Effort in WW2 was the cream on the cake as far as Imperial Accomplishment were concerned.
The world was continually changing. After World War-1 there was no turning back. Subjects of the British Empire wanted to do their own thing.
The People of Britain had no wish to stop them. The ordinary Britisher wished to better himself and had little desire to impose his will on foreign subjects.
If the message of PM Benjamin Disraeli in the 1860s had have been heeded and the welfare of the lower classes genuinely promoted matters may have been different.
The change came but it came too late and too little.
This accompanied by socialist propaganda, communist propaganda, look-after-yourself first agendas, Darwinism and the belittlement of religion, and rampant hedonism.
The Upper Classes were worse than them all.
And then came World War-2.
Suddenly the world changed for a brief moment. White Colonials from the Dominions along with colored subjects from Africa and India all came to the flag.
They fought for each other and for themselves and for a better world. The Enemy was as evil as evil could be, something worse than that found even in comic books.
The odds were not encouraging even daunting.
At Dunkirk over 300,000 British, French and Belgian troops, airmen and people of other nationalities were evacuated.
A combination of military and civilian vessels were used. Small boats owned by private persons were also employed. They were needed to get the evacuees out of the shallow water and to larger vessels.
After the evacuation Churchill said:
# ... the Battle of Britain is about to begin. Upon this battle depends the survival of Christian civilisation. Upon it depends our own British life, and the long continuity of our institutions and our Empire. The whole fury and might of the enemy must very soon be turned on us. Hitler knows that he will have to break us in this island or lose the war. If we can stand up to him, all Europe may be freed and the life of the world may move forward into broad, sunlit uplands.
But if we fail, then the whole world, including the United States, including all that we have known and cared for, will sink into the abyss of a new dark age made more sinister, and perhaps more protracted, by the lights of perverted science. Let us therefore brace ourselves to our duties, and so bear ourselves, that if the British Empire and its Commonwealth last for a thousand years, men will still say, "This was their finest hour." #
It has been claimed that Hitler held himself back at Dunkirk because of some secret affinity with the British.
Not so. The Nazis intended to destroy Britain if they could. Hitler refrained from finishing the job when the British were most vulnerable because he lacked replenished forces. He also thought he had some time and the British could not leave. Churchill remarked that even a slight change in the weather making the sea just a little bit more choppy would have spelt disaster. The British hoped to save 30,000 and in the end rescued 300,000! �The whole root and core and brain of the British Army" was seriously endangered.
The Germans had intended to destroy Britain:
They had plans to deport all of the male population as slave labor to the Continent: Females (if they survived) would be fertilized by SS men. Professor Dr. Franz Six was to be in charge of Britain. He later indoctrinated the Killing Squads (Einsatzgruppen SS) in Russia.
Hitler considered England "the enemy above all enemies" (Payne p.343).
# I am sure that Hitler would not have hesitated for a moment to employ atom bombs against England. I remember his reaction to the final scene of a newsreel on the bombing of Warsaw in the autumn of 1939...Hitler was fascinated. The film ended with a montage showing a plane diving toward the outlines of the British Isles. A burst of flames followed and the island flew into the air in tatters. Hitler's enthusiasm was unbounded. "This is what will happen to them!" he cried out, carried away. And then came the War in the Skies.
The equivalent of knights in shining armour, warriors on wings, were fighting in the heavens over the fields and meadows of England for all to see.
They were drastically outnumbered but they won and kept winning. They came from all corners of the Commonwealth as well as other lands and they did what was needed.
The Royal Family and PM Churchill regularly visited bombed out areas. They drank tea with the victims and were not too proud to openly weep over the damage.
It was a moment in history, a window in time. In hindsight it made the past worthwhile.
They exonerated the worthiness of humanity.
Not only that but they implied that Heaven itself was on their side. And it was.
Churchill said, "Never was so much owed by so many to so few."
And for a while Britain and the British Empire were alone and fighting and preventing the Nazis from taking over.
And all through the War Britain was up there with the Big Boys, cajoling, negotiating, advising, imploring, directing, funding, borrowing, showing them how it was done and doable.
Britain was punching above its weight but still winning the fight, either making the decisions or at least being indispensable in having them made.
After World War-2 most of the British Empire was dissolved in stage. It was an inexorable process that needed to be done in light of the contemporary reality.
World War 2 had not necessarily hastened the process but rather delayed it and added an aura of nobility and heroic achievement to its memory.
This is still with us.

in the time Ishua (Jesus) lived, the vast majority of the people of Judea where jews of one type or another, Samaritans practiced a type of Judaism, Itureans where converts to Judaism. So when the romans took the Jews as slaved around 140 AD, the ancestors of the Palestinians where the Jews who converted to Christianity, and thus where exempt from the Romans taking them as slaved. in the next 1000 years the majority of them converted into Islam, but regardless, the Palestinians of today are not descended from Filistines who are in fact a Greek invaders who where eradicated by the Babylonians. Genetic testing confirms the Palestinians and the Lebanese for that matter are at least 70% Canaanite. Ashkenazi jews have up to 40% Canaanite ancestry whole Palestinian jews before Israel was created had similar Canaanite blood as the remaining Palestinians but strangely enough, the Samaritans have a slightly higher ratio of Canaanite blood. The point is it is the same race genetically as the jews of the time of Judea, and the ancestors of all of the Palestinians where jews, and if you choose, you could easily view Christians and Muslims are sects within Judaism. All Palestinian factions including hamas have indicated they would accept peace based on the 1967 UN lines, its time to see Palestinians as your brothers and sisters and seek peace instead of continuing this genocide against your Fellow semites, who are closer to Judaism than the secular "jews" in Israel.

(2) How may the academic world get its mind around the apparent paradox? Or is the challenge beyond its ability?

The End Times involve all descendants of Israel being informed of their Tribal Affiliation.
In some cases this includes receiving renewed ancestral tasks such as Cohens and Levites.
Isaiah (NASB) 66:
19 AND I WILL PUT A SIGN AMONG THEM AND SEND SURVIVORS FROM THEM TO THE NATIONS: TARSHISH, PUT, LUD, MESHECH, TUBAL, AND JAVAN, TO THE DISTANT COASTLANDS THAT HAVE NEITHER HEARD OF MY FAME NOR SEEN MY GLORY.
