1. Craig White: Glenn Beck Believes in the USA being from the Ten Tribes, gives talk on Israel and the American Flag
Glenn Beck, one of the better news analysts believes that America is from the 'lost' tribes of Israel - check it out at
VIDO [Now] Unavailable!
There are many evangelicals and even Pentecostals and Mormons that believe in the doctrine or a version of it.
- Craig
America is Modern Israel, from Lost 10 Tribes
[Brit-Am Note: The original video clip by Beck seem to be now unavailable. For a Critical and soemwhat disparaging, but still basically accurate, description of what it contained see: https://messiahsmandate.org/glenn-beck-thinks-us-was-founded-by-lost-10-tribes-of-israel/ ]

There's an American saying - speak softly and carry a big stick. It's nice
to see you with a big stick. :) Be encouraged to speak as loudly as you
want.

3. Midrashic Support for Brit-Am Interpretation Concerning the Unicorn
In Rabbinical sources a few animals are mentioned as having only one horn.
One of them is the tachash, another is known as the keresh. Some indicate that the tachash and the keresh are one and the same. Possibly the giraffe is intended.
Another such animal is the Raem which in some sources has one horn whereas elsewhere it has two.
Unicorns Did Exist!!
How Many Horns Did the Unicorn [Raem] Really Have?
HE HATH AS IT WERE THE STRENGTH [Hebrew: TOYAFOTH] OF AN UNICORN [Numbers 23:22].
The word translated above from the Hebrew as 'strength' is TOYAFOTH and literally means 'that which he is exalted by' (lifted up) and appears to be referring to the horns. This word is spelt one way and traditionally pronounced another. It is spelt in the singular and pronounced in the plural. The expression of strength (Toyafoth), meaning the horns which are normally plural, in this case have become ONE [TOYAFATH: in the singular instead of TOYAFOTH in the plural]. Perhaps it is an animal that in some cases has one horn and in other cases has two?
The Brit-Am proposal receives support from a similar Midrashic interpretation concerning the keresh.
Psalms 69:
31(32) This will please the Lord more than an ox
or a bull with horns and hoofs.
The words translated as "a bull with horns and hoofs" are "par makrin maphris"
The word makrin is translated as with horns.
The Midrtash (Kohelet Rabah a (9)) says: "Rabbi Yehoshua taught, it had one horn on its forehead....Makrin is [sounded as] plural connoting two; said Rabbi Chaninah bar Yitschak, "makrin" is written [MKRN] in the singular..."
This is similar to what we wrote concerning the word TOYAFOTH.
It shows we are on the right track.

4. Question on Physical Types and Hair Color from the Bible
isaiahOliver91:
Song of Solomon 5:11
King James Version (KJV)11 His head is as the most fine gold, his LOCKS are bushy, and BLACK as a raven.
====
Brit-Am Reply:
It says his head was like fine gold. This indicates a kind of reddish blond.
It also says his hair locks were black as a raven.
Maybe both types were present amongst the ANCIENT Israelites as we showed.
See:
Ancient Israelite Physical Types
http://hebrewnations.com/articles/race/physique.html
It is as if the BIBLE deliberately mentioned both phenomenon.
Song of Solomon 5:
10 My beloved is all radiant [Hebrew "Tzac" also connoting very white] and ruddy,
distinguished among ten thousand.
11 His head is the finest gold;
his locks are wavy,
black as a raven.
12 His eyes are like doves
beside springs of water,
bathed in milk,
fitly set.
This overall suggest a white person though it could be interpreted otherwise.
"eyes like doves" have been understood to indicated greyish-blue eyes but again it may not be that way.
Perhaps the ambivalence exists for a reason?
I myself had blond, reddish-brown hair. It changed from time to time during my life. When I was out in the sun it would become blonder due to the sun bleaching out the natural oils.
My father had dark blackish hair but when he grew a beard it came out red.
