To Acknowledge Judah and to be acknowledged by him.
The name "Judah" in Hebrew is Yehudah. Is is based on the word root "Hodaah" connoting "Give Thanks, Praise". It also connotes "acknowledge".
Genesis 29:
35 And she conceived again and bore a son, and said, 'Now I will praise the Lord.' Therefore she called his name Judah. Then she stopped bearing.
Genesis (TCT Tanakh - Chabad) 49:
8 JUDAH, [as for] YOU, YOUR BROTHERS WILL ACKNOWLEDGE YOU ("Yaduca"). YOUR HAND WILL BE AT THE NAPE OF YOUR ENEMIES, [and] YOUR FATHER'S SONS WILL PROSTRATE THEMSELVES TO YOU.
