We would expect there to be hostility between Israel and the diaspora because there is a prophecy in Zechariah that God would break the brotherhood between Judah and Israel.
Zechariah 11:14. Also Isaiah 11:13 speaks of hostility between Judah and Ephraim.

Shalom! 13 Tribes was hidden from the pagan World. But not from God, Our Heavemly Father. The Covenant was with Abraham Isack, and Jacob- renamed Israel... A Covenant is relevant to the people and Land and Area, the falsh shepards and teaching resulted in oppression voilence and the curse of the law and covenant. They lost the rightiousness and Justice to rule the land and the check and guard over evil. Our Loving Father in Heaven, limits the destruction and darkness in the land by a tempory isolation and ingorance until a multiply of the 50s year of Jublee was not held and kept for the release of the brothers and a next of ken paid forthe Release and Redemption and the Restoration of was was stolen and kept from a Family. I found historical books that points to Irish celts being called Iber which is a term for Hebrew. Even Spain in on the IBER-ian peninsula, not by accident. I also came across an accient Roman document that said the Phoenecians were the northern tribes of Israel. . I found that interesting especially since they colonized many areas around the Mediterranean sea, and europe and north/ western Africa.

Thankyou Rabbi. Apart from the Mizrahi having the highest proportion of Israelite Genetic markers, the study of the excavated 2000. Year old Skelton's from judeah, they were able to test blood type. AB blood in over fifty percent of the bones tested. Maybe the blood of the Israelites as it's not predominant in any country these days. My upset with the Jews, Jewish, converts and Israelites aware of their connection. I think we should suffer tenfold for any disrespect of Gods commandments. To be blessed to know God and every other blessing not appreciated, Those of the Israelites have a position that must show They appreciate it and worthy, to set example at least.

My ancestors were Puritans from Hoxne, Suffolk England. They came across the Atlantic in 1630s. You can see much of their beliefs mimic that of the nation of ancient Israel. of course, they believed in the New Testament as well.

The proper and correct way to connect with "our" Israelite ancestors is to understand and observe the 7 laws of Noah. I want to add here, no one could possibly know these days if they are from a Israelite tribe!!

I'm sorry If I'm Israel, I sure am not keeping Noah hide laws, I'll follow the Bible thank you. That's the commandments given to all humanity to follow,not just Israel. According to the Bible we will all be judged by them , not Noah-hide laws.

Something I just had to my mind, ihave and know of frinds, people, who have Past Generational connection to the Jew. They're aware of it but as it was not referred to, they don't give it no mind. But many have a genetic, blood connection to the Israelite, that the blessing, they could ignite. They must chose to provide the fuel. There is prophecy.

Ya know I had originally thought I could be from the tribe of Naphtali because of things like my writing, though I might relate most to the tribe of Zebulon. I personally suspect that Zebulon might have characteristics of all of Leah's children/Zebulon's older brothers (and possibly to a lesser extent the children from the handmaids.) The youngest children are often influenced by their older siblings and might become a bit like all of them, and that idea might also be suggested by Benjamin's flag supposedly having all the colors from the other tribes. I also think Zebulon is the most beautiful tribe and one of the most underrated/unrecognized at least in terms of common knowledge. I appreciate the videos! It's one of the most interesting and important topics!

I'm from Wales, with the surname DAVIES (paternal side). Bizarrely, my mother's mitochondrial DNA is related to the modern day Druze in Lebanon. So I definitely have Middle Eastern roots, without a shadow of a doubt.

Knowing David was given Benjamin as a light before him in Jerusalem forever and no one from David's lineage has set on his Throne after Zedekiah, would it release the tribe of Benjamin to go elsewhere? My theory is after some of the Jews and Benjaminites returned with the Levites to their land but in later years Benjamin was pushed out due to a growing population. They ended up north and became known as the Galileans. Would this be a reasonable assessment?

@ you mistakenly assumed no one has been on David' s throne since zedekiah, this is not the case. As seen in many verses like 1 Kings 9:5, David's throne will never lack a descendant to sit upon it, until Shiloh comes and takes place (Gen 49). Jeremiah is from Benjamin and he is known to ventured to Ireland with Jacob's pillar stone to crown Judahs line on the throne. Galatia, and all the places the apostles went did have the lost tribes, but Judahs line is still active with the British throne, and many other places in Europe and North America

I suspect it is possible that my long ago ancestors were from Dan. Since my 23andme says I am Irish, Scot, English and I do have German, small amount of Italian and Sardinian and Caucasian and north African. Dan is about justice. 2004 I converted to Judaism, my Hebrew name is Devorah. I was born in month of Tishrei. Which is Libra, sign of the scales.

Dead Sea scroll #7 found in cave # 1 gives an interesting description of Sarah the wife of Abraham, also his half sister, and the matriarch of the tribes. Her skin is pure WHITE. She is beautiful in all of her WHITENESS. This is the exact translation from the aramaic scroll. The scroll is over 2000 years old and was written by Jews in the 2nd temple period. So, assuming she was pure WHITE and that she was the half sister of Abraham. That would mean that he was also White or at least fairly light skinned ....like most Jews are today. The dead sea scrolls are probably the greatest archeological discovery in history and it obviously means the Ten Tribes are what are considered White people today.

4. New Month of Tevet Coming Up. Tribe of Dan.
From nightfall December 30 though the next day (December 31) and the day after (1 January 2025) is the 2-day Hebrew New Month day of Tevet.
This according to mainstream (HaGra and HaArizal) opinion is the month of Dan.
Others (Midrash Peliah and the Rabad) attribute it to Gad.

The tribe of Tevet is Dan. Part of his inheritance is in the far north of Israel, certainly one of the coldest parts of the country. He was known as the "measeph l'chol hamachanot", the in-gatherer of all the tribes. Dan was the tribe that walked last in the procession as the Israelites journeyed through the desert, and he picked up the lost articles which the other tribes had left behind as they traveled, and returned them. Thus, he did a lot of returning of lost sparks to their source as he went on his way.

The month of Tevet is the darkest time of the year. Its days are the shortest of the year and its nights the longest. The tribe associated with Tevet is the tribe of Dan. When the Children of Israel traveled and camped in the desert, they encircled the Holy Ark. The tribe of Dan was the most northerly encampment. The North is a dark cold place. The long nights of Tevet are even longer in the North. The Hebrew word for North - tzafon - is spelled the same as tzafun - which means hidden. The Talmud tells us that one of the names of the yetzer hara - the negative drive - is tzafuni (Succa 52).
