The 12 Tribes of Israel are listed twice in the Torah.
Genesis 49 and Deuteronomy 49 both recall the 12 Tribes and give Prophecies concerning them.
We compare the 2 arraignments and draw conclusions regarding their identification with present-day peoples.

We compared the Biblical Blessings concerning the Tribes in Genesis 33 and Deuteronomy 49. This strengthens our identification of Israelite Tribes with Western peoples. The area of the Netherlands was equated with the Netherlands. Issachar had two aspects, one by the Sea Shores and the other in the mountains. This was clarified when we see that descendants of Issachar settled in both Finland in Scandinavia and in Switzerland in Central Europe. See: Each Tribe in Two Sources. January 30, 2025, will be the New Month Day of Shevet, 5785.
Shevet pertains to the Tribe of Asher according to mainstream Opinion (Arizal and HaGra).
Other opinions say Benyamin (MidrashPeliah).

Asher is identified with the name Jeshurun meaning Israel. Ashur was blessed to be a warrior. Asher was upright and happy. The Tribe of Asher dwelt amongst the Phoenicians, was proficient in metallurgy and sea-faring. Asher was exiled along with the rest of the Ten Tribes. The Philistines and Phoenicians assisted the Assyrians in transferring a portion of the Exiles by ship to regions in the west including Spain whence they went ot Gaul, Ireland, and Britain. Asher was also linked with the Vikings of Scandinavia.
