I noticed that the translation you shared includes the place name, "Valley of Doves". Do you have any comment about this place?

There is a place named "Valley of the Doves" in northern Israel.

Mount Nitai (Hebrew: , Har Nitai), sometimes spelled Nitay, is a mountain in Israel situated west of the Sea of Galilee and north of the city of Tiberias. Har Nitai is named after Nittai of Arbela. The cliffs of Nitai and Arbel are visible when looking southwest from Capernaum on the shore of the Sea of Galillee.
A valley with a stream through it separates Mount Nitai (Har Nitai) from Mount Arbel(Har Arbel). The valley is called today in Hebrew 'Arbel' and in Arabic 'Wadi Hamam' ("Valley of the Doves").
Rashi says that Valley of the Doves is another name for Jerusalem.
Radak traces the word translated as doves" to a root "inui" connoting suffering and that it mean "they who were oppressed."
A modern translation by Amos Chacham ("Daat Mikra") has a completely different appreciation of the word.
he says it derives from the Hebrew "Ga-avtonim" meaning the proud and arrogant.
Instead of
THE CONTEMPT [SHOWN] TO THE VALLEY OF DOVES.
He would render the expression:
THE CONTEMPT [SHOWN] by the Arrogant.

CC Subtitles Edited. In the Middle Ages people of the Netherlands were reported to be binding Scriptural passages on their arms and heads. This was an unconscious imitation of the Biblical Practice. This is what had been commanded and practiced. The people doing this had either copied it from the Jews or had still remembered it from the Time they had still been in Israel. At all events it was what the Bible had commanded. The people of the Netherlands were descended from the Tribe of Zebulon! See:
