This was fulfilled in history largely through the Lost Ten Tribes.
The Empire of the Netherlands and the Empire of France and then of Britain did much to forward the welfare of mankind.
The USA through its own imperial largess supplemented and amplified what the others had begun.
This had been prophesied!
