Isaiah 21:1 BEHOLD THE LORD EMPTIES THE LAND AND LAYS IT WASTE, AND HE SHALL TURN OVER ITS FACE AND SCATTER ITS INHABITANTS.
This chapter is speaking of the Lost Ten Tribes. The Land of Northern Israel will be emptied of its people.
The Commentary "MeAm lo-Az" (by Rabbi David Yerushalmi) quotes an unnamed source that says from 24:14 on wards the Prophet is speaking about the Lost Ten Tribes.
The Prophet speaks of the Northern land of Israel during and just after its devastation by the Assyrians,
Isaiah 24:14 WHEREFORE GLORIFY YE THE LORD IN THE FIRES, EVEN THE NAME OF THE LORD GOD OF ISRAEL IN THE ISLES OF THE SEA.
The Classical Biblical Commentators also agree with this rendering.
"THE SEA": In Hebrew also meaning "from the west". The Aramaic and Commentators say it means the exiles will be in the west in the last Days. Then it goes on to speak of Britain.
15 THEREFORE, FOR THE LIGHTS HONOR THE LORD; IN THE ISLANDS OF THE SEA, THE NAME OF THE LORD GOD OF ISRAEL.

People will be aware of God.
THE COVERING THAT COVERS ALL THE PEOPLES. According to one commentary this means anti-Semitism. Most peoples today are distinctly anti-Semitic. They hate the Jews no matter what the Jews do. Out of about 1300 UN declarations up to now around 800 were against the Jewish State of Israel. Today it is no longer respectable to hate the Jews for 'racial' or religious reasons so other reasons are found.
Most peoples today are also against the descendants of the Ten Lost Israelite Tribes. The US is hated by a large portion of the earth even though the US did more good for the world than most nations put together.
THE KINGDOM THAT RULES OVER ALL THE NATIONS.
The KJV renders this,
AND THE VEIIL THAT IS SPREAD OVER ALL NATIONS.
This is more correct. The people of the earth are misled. They have learnt to hate and to calumniate the Chosen People of Israel, i.e. Judah and the LTTs.
8 HE HAS CONCEALED DEATH FOREVER, AND THE LORD GOD SHALL WIPE THE TEARS OFF EVERY FACE, AND THE SHAME OF HIS PEOPLE HE SHALL REMOVE FROM UPON THE ENTIRE EARTH, FOR THE LORD HAS SPOKEN.
The Jews will no longer have to be ashamed of their very existence and of their belief in the Truth. The Almighty will exonerate them from all blame.

8 THE LORD IS GRACIOUS AND COMPASSIONATE, SLOW TO ANGER AND OF GREAT KINDNESS.
9 THE LORD IS GOOD TO ALL, AND HIS MERCIES ARE ON ALL HIS WORKS.
10 ALL YOUR WORKS WILL THANK YOU, O LORD, AND YOUR PIOUS ONES WILL BLESS YOU.
11 THEY WILL TELL THE GLORY OF YOUR KINGDOM, AND THEY WILL SPEAK OF YOUR MIGHT.
12 TO MAKE KNOWN TO THE CHILDREN OF MEN HIS MIGHTY DEEDS AND THE GLORY OF THE MAJESTY OF HIS KINGDOM.
13 YOUR KINGDOM IS A KINGDOM OF ALL TIMES, AND YOUR RULING IS IN EVERY GENERATION.
14 THE LORD SUPPORTS ALL THOSE WHO FALL AND STRAIGHTENS ALL WHO ARE BENT DOWN.
15 EVERYONE'S EYES LOOK TO YOU WITH HOPE, AND YOU GIVE THEM THEIR FOOD IN ITS TIME.
16 YOU OPEN YOUR HAND AND SATISFY EVERY LIVING THING [WITH] ITS DESIRE.
17 THE LORD IS RIGHTEOUS IN ALL HIS WAYS AND KIND IN ALL HIS DEEDS.

Isaiah 49:12 according to Rabbinical Sources is referring to the Ten Tribes. The verse places the Ten Tribes to the north and west of the Land of Israel. It juxtaposes these with the Land of Sinim which therefore is to the south and east (i.e. southeast) of the land of Israel. Elsewhere we identify the Lost Ten Tribes with peoples who settled in Western Europe and especially in the British Isles and their offshoots. If this is correct then what applies to those peoples must also be pertinent to Australia and New Zealand whose inhabitants are mostly of recent British and West European origin. The Land of Sinim is identified with the Land of the South which is a translation of the name Australia. The identification of Australia and New Zealand with the Land of Sinim is confirmed by Bible Codes. Once the identification of the Land of Sinim with Australia and New Zealand is accepted then this in turn strengthens the identification of their kinfolk in the North and West (i.e. in the British Isles etc) as also being descended from Israel.
