The Book of hosea speaks of the Prophet Hosea who married a loose woman named Gomer daughter of Dibliam. Hosea had three children from this women. Thse three children represent the Lost Ten Tribes in Exile.

In addition to Gomer daughter of Diblaim whose children represent the Ten Tribes in their places of Exile the Bible also speaks of Gomer son of Japhet son of Noah. Gomer had three sons.
Genesis 10:
3 And the sons of Gomer; Ashkenaz, and Riphah, and Togarmah.
Places identified in Biblical, Talmudic and related sources as those to which the Ten Tribes were exiled are the same places which the same sources identify as those of Gomer son of Japhet and his offshoots, Ashkenaz, Riphah (Diphah), and Togarmah.
Riphah is also known as Diphath (1-Chronicles 1:5).

Are we all descendants of Noah and his family?
Before the Flood all the portions of the Earth were bunched together. This is referred to by historians as "Pangea".
The Zohar Chadash 12:1 (1200s CE but based on earlier sources) says:
Genesis 1:
9 And God said, 'Let the waters under the sky be gathered together into one place, and let the dry land appear.' And it was so.
# It was taught, one actual land came out of [or released] the waters and from this came the seven continents.. #
All the Land Mass of the Earth was originally together. The Continents separated later. Events concerning this separation may have caused the Flood to take place.
Even today the water of the Oceans is probably higher than the land. Centrifugal and other forces cause the Oceans to swell out and thus save the earth from inundation.

The Flood covered all the earth. All the people and all the animals were destroyed apart from those with Noah and his family in the are see Genesis chs. 7 and 8.
After the Flood Noah and his three sons and their wives left the ark. All living humans of the world today are their descendants.
Here are some suggested identifications for part of the listed descendants.
The sources are traditional Jewish as well as non-Jewish ones, the educated speculations of others in the field, and historical deduction.
These equations are not authoritative but rather openings for further inquiry.
Genesis chapter 10 describes the initial divisions of the earth among the Descendants of Noah.
Later the Assyrians conquered all the world and deliberately mixed the peoples up.
This is confirmed by archaeological inscriptions concerning the forced intermixing.
They brought groups of peoples from one area and settled them in another. They also took women from one country and men from elsewhere, and so on. Nevertheless the original stocks remained in existence albeit to some degree or other intermixed with each other.
This is confirmed by the Talmud (Mishnah in Yadayim 4:4). The Bible (Deuteronomy 23:4) forbide the acceptance of male converts from Ammon. A people known as the Ammonites had been exiled by the Assyrians. Later the area formerly belonging to Ammon had been re-settled. The question was: Were these Ammonite settlers descended from the original Ammonites or not? Rabbi Yehoshua wanted to permit an Ammonite convert to enter the congregation, since Sennacherib had come came and mixed up all the nations, so the geneaology was not certain. Rabban Gamliel however argued to forbid it from the verse "Afterward I will restore the fortunes of the children of Ammon" (Jeremiah 49), meaning some of the Ammonites may have already returned.
The solution is that it did happen to some degree.
Nevertheless, the peoples were no longer of homogeneous ancestry and Ammonite concverts were accepted.
The descendants of Noah and his sons are listed in Genesis chapter 10. They number 70. The Children of Israel who went down to Egypt also numbered 70. They became the heads of Tribal Clans and in some cases known historical entities. The 70 Israelite Clans parallel the 70 nations of the earth.
Deuteronomy (NASB) 32:
8 WHEN THE MOST HIGH GAVE THE NATIONS THEIR INHERITANCE,
WHEN HE SEPARATED THE SONS OF MANKIND,

Gomer represents the Cimmerians who were called Gimirri by the Assyrians. The term Cimmerian is based on a later Greek pronunciation of the name.
Exile Israelites from the Ten Tribes were to be identified with the Cimmerians and their offshoots the Scythians.
Names given to the Cimmerians by the Assyrians are the same as those given to descendants of the Lost Ten Tribes of Israel or were otherwise applicable to them.

Japheth became European, Asiatic, and Amerindian Peoples.
Gomer was to be found in North Europe, among the Celts and Germanics.
These were to mix with Exiled Israelites as indicated by the Book of Hosea chapter 1.
Ashkenaz is Germany though other peoples also settled among the Germans.
Riphath is East Europe. The Carpathian Mountains were originally known as the Riphaean Mountains and were said to derive their name from Riphah.
Togarmah is found both among the Germanic and Turkish peoples including some of those of Anatolia as well as of Central Asia.
Javan (pronounced as "Yavan" in Modern Hebrew) gave rise to the Greek nations and those associated with them as well as to entities in central Asia and India.
Elishah gave rise to part of the Greeks, "in ancient times the island of Cyprus or part of it was known as Alashiya."
Tarshish was found in southeast Anatolia as well as in southern Spain. The Spaniards when they first met the Japanese identified them as, like themselves, an offshoot of Tarshish.
Magog became the southern Germans, part of the Russians, the Mongolians, other Asians, and Amerindians.
Madai became the Ancient Medes and part of the Slav and Baltic races.
Tubal was to be found among the Caucasus peoples, the Slavs and Spanish.
Meshech may have given his name to Moscow.
Tiras became part of the Persians and the Thracians of southeast Europe.

Ham begat peoples some of whom became dark of skin whereas others remained white.
Cush is to be found in India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, part of Iran, and throughout Africa. The same applies to the other sons of Cush.
Cush also intermixed with the Assyrians and Babylonians.
Nimrod son of Cush was the ancestors of the Magyars who settled in Hungary but were submerged by German immigrants and others.
Mizraim (Mitsrayim) is another name for Egypt. Some of them settled in southern Russia. The Pathrusim, and Casluhim gave rise between them to the Philistines.
Some Philistine elements moved to Ireland and to Britain as colonizing agents of Assyria. Most of the Irish may be of Israelite origin but some Philistine stock may also still be there.
The term "Palestine" is a Latinized for of the name "Philistine" (Hebrew "Peleshet" meaning "Invader").
The name Caphtor was applied both to the Isle of Cyprus and to an area in Northern Syria.+

The Canaanites became some of the peoples of West Africa. The names Ghana and Guinea derive from an Egyptian pronunciation of the name Canaan.
The Canaanites also gave rise to the Berbers, Carthaginians, Phoenicians, and part of the Germans and Slavs in Europe. Sidon gave rise to the Phoenicians. The name "Sidon" is recalled in place-names and ethnonyms in areas later associated with the Hanseatic League of Germany. Part of the Japanese and Chinese may have similar origins though otherwise they are associated with Magog of Japhet.

Eber may have given rise to some of the West European peoples.
Elam became part of the Iranian Persians as well as peoples in southern and southeastern Europe.
Asshur became the Assyrians.
Lud became the Lydians, Etruscans, and part of the Ancient Romans and Italians.
Aram settled in Italy, Germany, and Russia, and in Poland (Gether).
Uz became a Turkish group.
On top of all these one also has the Descendants of Abraham (who was descended from Eber) including the sons of Keturah, of Ishmael, of Israel, and of Esau.
This list is incomplete. Some countries have been counted more than once whereas others have been left out altogether.
Nevertheless, every nation of the earth is there, somewhere.

They were also to be largely unaware of their Israelite identity and to practice a non-Jewish religion (Hosea 2:8, 2:13, 2:16 11:12). Judah at first would not know who they were (Isaiah 49;21). Scripture gives numerous other identifying characteristics that taken as a whole can only fit one group of peoples.
