1. Brit-Am Understanding of DNA.

Dr. Nathaniel T. Jeanson is a Creationist scientist. He has published books, and authored articles. He also has numerous lengthy Video Clips and Interviews on YouTube. Overall he claims that DNA changes occur much more frequently and quickly than is supposed. Jeanson takes conventional DNA scientific findings and simply condenses the time span they occured in. This is a linear Aristotlean approach that is logical and often automatically accepted. The problem is that reality also includes sudden unexpected, and sometimes unexpectable, occurences. A more reliable philiosophy is probably that of John Locke (1603-1704). Locke was an English Philosopher of great importance who often quoted from the Hebrew Bible. His world-view emphasizes the importance of the unexpected.

2. Differences in DNA Variation
A single village in Africa contains more DNA variation than all  of Europe.
A single village of the San People (Bushmen) in South Africa  contains more DNA variation than all the rest of the world.
It would seem that climate, heat, and other factors influence DNA changes and that every place and every people changes at a different rate.
Changes in DNA can happen to many people in certain areas at one and the same time. This may due to sudden cataclysmic changes or to other factors.

The Y Chromosome
The Y Chromosome is transmitted by the Male. It helps us distinguish one racial grouping from another.

3. Modern Science versus Jeanson
The Y chromosome acts like a clock - the more differences (mutations)  there are the further away was the ancestral link.
Modern Science traces original ADAM back to 200,000 years.
Conventionally the rate of copy errors gives us chronology of the age of haplotypes and how long ago one group separated from the other. The rate of mutations is slow. Estimates made by scientists are based on low quality DNA. Dr. Jeanson says that Alternate study on high quality DNA shows a much higher rate of copying errors, meaning that the changes are shown to happen much more quickly.
Why do the experts therefore now use rates obtained from high quality DNA? According to Dr. Jeanson it is because they cannot deal with the results.
The Experts filter out high - quality DNA results because they do not meet their expectations BUT it does meet the Biblical Time-Table.  The DNA Rate of change using high quality DNA takes us back to the  Time of the Flood 4,500 years ago.
Jeanson claims that in every generation there is a "click" i.e. a minor change in DNA allowing him to walk back to the beginning. By comparing differences from one group to another he can estimate the difference in generations between them.
Jeanson in effect accepts conventional DNA science and its calculations but simply speeds it up.

4. The Brit-Am Understanding and Dr. Jeanson.
The Brit-Am understanding is that in addition to this the periodic TRAUMATIC effect of environmental changes need to be considered. These are not ongoing constant effects but they take place and make changes.
Genetic Studies describe phenomena attributed to Transposable elements and Horizontal Gene Transfer. In other words genetic changes can happen NOT DUE TO HEREDITY but after being received they are transmitted by heredity. Horizontal Gene Transfer is widely known and is described in the Literature. It simply has not been applied (publically) to YHaplogroup (Racial) Studies BUT that is what is needed to understand what takes place!

The remarks about the Amerindians have been made by others many times in the past, e.g. Ethel G. Stewart, "The Dene and Na-Dene Indian Migration 1233 A.D.",  (1991),  who wrote about the northern Na-Dene Amerindian peoples being late-comers expelled from Northern China and Mongolia. The Na-Dene are now found in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Saskatchewan, Yukon, Alaska, parts of Oregon, northern California, and the American Southwest as far as northern Mexico, including Apache and Navajo. 
Jeanson frequently claims that some white peoples are of colored origin. He claims for instance that most Englishmen are descendants of black slaves who were brought there in recent times (700 CE to 1860s CE).
It may happen that some colored people moving to colder climates change their color but only when they arrive as minorities. Other wise we would know more about it from historical illustrations and popular tradition.

Ancient Egyptians & Human DNA's Big Surprise

Differences in the YChromosome occur from father to son and then from son to grandson. By counting the number of differences we can calculate how distaint one person is from another.

Expansion of E1b1b attributed to spread of Arab Islamic Conquests. E1b1b found at 40% in Egyptian males and in Somalia at ca. 80%. Also prominent in North Africa, Arabia, and Southern Europe. Jeanson proposes it originated in the Arabian Peninsula after 600s CE.

E1b1ba - Black Africa -  60% of African-American males are E1b1ba. Bantu - Oral Traditions speak of a recent spread (within last 500 years) of Bantu. This fits with the Revised Times-Scale of Dr. Jeanson, ergo Bantu Spread from  West Africa after 1400s.
E1b1b  and E1b1ba both associated with Ancient Egyptians.

This is not correct. It is an expression of Replacement Theology. Jeanson is a Christian Fundamentalist of the old type.
The Cohen Gene (CMH) does not really exist. What does exist is a collection of Genetic Types similar to each other, found mainly among Jewish Cohens (and not elsewhere) and belonging to both J1 and J2 haplotypes.
This in effect proves that in addition to heredity OTHER FACTORS determine Haplotype DNA, environment, diet, solar radiation, etc.

In Africa, the majority of sub-Saharan Africans might connect to . . . ancient Egypt. The research is still at an early stage and will change as more results come in, but these sorts of surprising links are appearing with increasing frequency. Even some Europeans might connect to this famous and spectacular ancient civilization.

Native Americans have also undergone an ethnic transformation. Genetics indicates that today's Native Americans were not the first. The earliest Americans have not yet been identified; their ethnicity remains to be uncovered by future genetic investigations.

This DNA-based tree reveals that the family tree of today's Native Americans broke away from the family trees in Central Asia at least twice, once in the AD 300s to 600s and again around AD 1000. In other words, today's Native Americans are descendants of at least two groups of migrants from Central Asia: One group arrived in the centuries after Christ, another about a millennium after Christ.

Mayan origins trace back to the 400s BC, and the Olmecs go back even farther, they birthed a cradle of civilization. Yet we don't find a genealogical heritage this ancient among modern Native Americans. It seems that the people who arrived in the AD 300s to 600s, and again around AD 1000, replaced whoever was here first.

Basic genetics has long taught us that change from one set of physical features (commonly called 'racial' features) to another can happen in just a few generations. In theory, the 'races' could have changed multiple times in human history. The DNA-based tree reveals that they did.
For example, some light-skinned Scandinavians are descendants of olive-skinned Arabs who ruled the Middle East in the Middle Ages. These Arab ancestors were themselves descended from dark-skinned Nubians (i.e., the ancient Sudanese). And these dark-skinned Nubians were connected to ancient Egypt.

As another example, some dark-skinned sub-Saharan Africans had olive-skinned Central Asian ancestors who overthrew the Roman empire in the AD 400s.

My model suggests that the history of civilization can be read off of the nuclear DNA differences [i.e., the DNA in a specific part of our cells] among the peoples of the globe, and on a timescale consistent with the YEC [young-earth creation] model. The Y chromosome differences [i.e., DNA differences in male-inherited DNA] among modern humans represent, in theory, the first type of nuclear DNA signature of the history of civilization.

But deeper in history, in the centuries before the time of Christ, the major sub-Saharan African DNA lineage joined to what is now a North African one. Long story short, this genetic union intimates a historical link with ancient Egypt. Yes, dark-skinned African-Americans may have lighter-skinned Egyptians as their ancestors.3

 Thousands of species have formed within the last few thousand years, and DNA has uncovered how. We now know that the ancestors (kinds) to these species had massive speciation potential hard-coded into their DNA from the start.
