Pleased to hear from you.
There are no tests that can be taken at present to determine whether or not
one descends from the Lost Ten Tribes.
This apparently is part of the Divine Plan. For the present we can only strengthen our assumed Hebrew identity by further study, confirming existing evidence and adding to, and working towards a deeper understanding of what is entailed.

3. Brit-Am Aims Year 5780
We have now begun the Hebrew Year 5780.
This is considered the 5780th year from the Creation of the World.
For the sake of argument it could also be counted as dated from the Creation of Man as we know him.
At all events, 5780, is the year.
Brit-Am is faced with several challenges.
At present we see our task as primarily to research the identity of the Ten Tribes, to publicize the results, and to work for the good of both parties emphasizing matters pertinent to both of them as well as the Land of Israel.
Research is the main point. Not enough is known and what is known needs confirmation and affirmation.
Our appreciation of Biblical and relevant Rabbinical sources needs to be deepened and expanded.
We should put more emphasis on a study of the Dolmens and the migratory pathway they form between Ancient Israel and the west.
This also involves the problem of resolving the correct Chronological framework for Ancient History.
DNA studies are also important.
It is important that the truth be made known.
ALL THIS Along with ongoing functioning requires funding.
Brit-Am needs to sell more books and raise more money.
In addition, our co-operation and participation is being sought to create bridges between Judah and "Joseph."
We are inclined to go along with this and do what we can but it is not a priority.
We have people who work with us on an ad hoc basis but we need more of them, in more fields.
