Tribal Names and Clan within the Tribe Re-Discovered!

 Introduction: 

Family Names in Genesis 46 and Numbers 26 Repeated in History.

 In Numbers chapter 26 we have a list of the Israelite  Tribes who came out of Egypt along with the clans into which each Tribe was sub-divided. This list reflects Genesis chapter 46 where the seventy souls who went down to Egypt are mentioned. These 70 personages included  Jacob  and his twelve sons along with the sons of  the sons and in some cases a few of the grandsons. Each person recalled in Genesis 46 became the ancestor of at least a clan within the Tribe as we find here, in Numbers 26. We find the names of these tribes and clans within the Tribes REPEATED in history. The Ten Tribes separated from Judah and became a separate nations. They were exiled by the Assyrians and go lost. They forgot who they  were. Nevertheless, we trace them through the Bible, Rabbinical Sources, Archaeology, Mythology, and whatever other field of study may be pertinent.  Our findings are often confirmed when we find that peoples identifiable as descended from the Ten Tribes bear names of the Tribes, or of clans within the Tribes. Often different clans from the same  Tribe are found neighboring each other.  We even found groups identifiable with specific Tribes re-coalescing as if pushed by the Hand of providence to re-establish the geographical familial arrangements that existed in Biblical Times. This has become a Field of Study in its own right. We gave an outline of these matters in our work ,
