Esau

This is the beginning of a series concerning the identity of Esau (also known as Edom) and what it may teach us.

It is intended to continue and supplement a series on the same subject we undertook in the past.

Esau according to the Bible was also known as Edom.

Esau was the twin brother of Jacob also known as Israel who fathered the twelve Tribes of Israel.

The Germans are to be identified with Edom in the Biblical sense to some degree.

First of all let us mention a few points of clartification after which we shall give more details and words of explanation.

The Germans are not the only candidates for Edom.

Most Germans are not Edomites.

Descendants of Germans in North America are different from Germans in Germany.

The Identification of Germany in some sense helps confirm our equation of the English-Speaking Peoples with Joseph.

We found Edomites all over the world. The ruling class of Japan was probably partly Edomite. A Chinese scholar (of great erudition according to report) traced the foundations of Chinese civilization to Edomite settlers. Edomites helped found and administer and Roman Empire.

Edomites became important amongst the ruling classes of Europe.

Russia was also ruled by Edomites. So were other nations of Europe. A lot of Edomites were also to be found in Italy but most Italians are not Edomites. Some Edomites may have become Jewish. Many of the early Christians may have been Edomites.

Germany is mostly descended from Japhet. Gomer and his offshoots (Ashkenaz, Riphtat, Togarma) settled amongst the Germans. So did Magog. Both are from Japhet.

Canaanites also settled in Germany. And so did Israelites and Edomites.

When one says Germany one should also factor in Austria and Hungary many of whose citizens are descended from Germany and which has always backed Germany.

Most of the Israelites remained separate from the others and migrated en masse of North America.

The Edomites remained.

Edom became especially associated with the Germans.

Rabbinical Tradition based on the Book of Obadiah says that In the End Times Joseph will defeat and conquer Edom.

Joseph represents the Ten Tribes. Accepting the fact that Edom is a powerful modern nation, probably Germany, we need to search for Joseph (leader of the Ten Tribes) amongst nations that historically have proven their ability to defeat and conquer Germany.

The British and their offshoots with the North Americans fit this requirement.

Esau and the Edomites did much for world civilization. They were a warrior people. A lot of scientific advancement and scholarship emanates from Germany.

In the end times Esau will repent and be reconciled with Israel. So will Ishmael.
